The Ah-ha moment for me was when we discussed about Defined and Open centres and sharing my experiences with it, I was able to correlate the points with my own life experiences, and time spent with myself in the mornings alone on hill, things were making sense.

Another Ah-ha moment for me was, when I understood that I am here to respond and not to initiate, because till this point I was initiating things and making decisions based on my mind, but when I got to know that I am designed to respond with my Sacral, it was a relief.

All the points that we discussed during this Program were connecting with my personal experiences, and I was feeling better and all the mental burdens/barriers with which I was living started to fade away

Human Design is helpful, now I am excited to do my experiment and see decision by decision how it bring difference in my life. We are so busy with day to day activities and making decisions by mind, practicing my own Strategy and Authority is going to be interesting thing.
Overall sessions were very good. It allowed me to connect with myself. It felt like it was kind of self retrospective. It was a quality time spent with my self.
