In the current scenario, the age of technology and development, the lifestyle has become busy and fast. The life has become mechanical. The mechanical actions are Non-Awareness about the acts that everyone is performing. Ultimately it leads to the misunderstandings and finally the ego. This non-awareness leads us towards giving loud reactions and/or misunderstandings. One holds others responsible for his disturbed state of mind. He seeks solutions or way out to change things. Where he is been suggested to take out time from his so called busy schedule, for meditation like activities. Whereas he claims that he gets no time for his spiritual development. Here non-awareness is the root cause of misery. Awareness of own actions will increase the innovation and productivity. Being aware of action, gives rise to the level of rational thinking (Vivek).The half an hour which is reserved for the food, at least twice a day, if practiced and used with awareness, the phase of transformation may start and that is the meaning of Spirituality.

Because of time limits the life has become mechanical i.e. the acts are mechanical. He goes to the office driving a vehicle. While driving, the act of driving has become a mechanical act where his mind and actions are doing two different things. Everyone eats at least twice a day. That bhojan is also a mechanical act, if we really think. Whenever a mosquito bites, the hand reacts mechanically and hits the area, where mosquito has bitten.
This is a yug of Information Technology. We see IT workers, and it is evident that their nature of work is stressful. They sit in front of the monitor for hours. After some time the job becomes so mechanical that if affects the thought process also. It becomes so mechanical that they treat human like machines. Assume that everything works with a pressing of a key on the keyboard.
As a teacher one is also doing a mechanical act of teaching for the subject, which has been taught for more than two to three years. The students now a day are on the smart-phones. The technological advancement kills most of their valuable time. Nomobphobia (no mobile phobia) makes them restless. This technology is useful, but focus is the size and price of their handsets rather than the depth of their knowledge. Since teaching learning process is also mechanical the scope of enhancement of knowledge depth is at stake. The mechanical act is also common in social media. The messages are forwarded without thinking. The focus of the social media is knowingly unknowingly gets diverted. The political scenario affects the teaching-learning process also. The time value cost of all these things surpasses the recent scams in India in terms of money. Even because of the API the papers are also mechanical. This is because of the Non-Awareness (jagrut nasane) about the acts that everyone is performing. This leads to non-thinking about career. Ultimately it leads to the misunderstandings and finally the ego.
