Employees are key to the success of any organization, is an old way of looking towards human dynamics field, in 2016 the rules of game are different. Organizations are more concern over the ‘self-inspiration’ level of employees. In earlier times the performance of the employee was based on quantitative basis, then came performance, then came engagement and now the focus is on effectiveness.

Organizations these days are focused on overall development of the employees; they expect their resources to be multi-faceted. Importance to emotional stability is in focus. At the same time, employees are seeking something beyond satisfaction, they want an atmosphere wherein they can grow and explore their potentials. In some organizations where the nature of job is defined and employees are getting paid just because of certain eligibilities, the work effectiveness remains a theoretical concept. They are not in a position to understand the importance of getting changed, one of the logic for it is, since they are getting paid irrespective of their performance, the level of seriousness is missing. The approach is rigid, and they strongly believe that they know everything.

Another aspect of human is, by default they focus on someone else, their focus on others is more than on oneself. A human has always sought answers/faults in others. Always blamed others for their mistakes. These days the life style of people is said to be stressful, it seems that we have defined many things on the basis of umbrella concept. We hardly think about the root cause of certain reactions or behavioral traits. We love to jump on conclusions.

These are all indications of evolution of human behavior, at the same time it also gives us enormous scope of enquiring further into human dynamics field. With keeping in mind an Indian Thought Process, a step by step approach with ITPA (Industrial Thought Process Analysis), Log of Objectives and Learning Log, we can channelize these diversified potentials towards building a serene business community at large.
